Chief Executive Officer  – 05/06/2019

Admin Genie Ltd is looking for a CEO on behalf of Planet Impact International Ltd. The company, with offices based in Smart City, brings together a community of people with a united vision to save the planet through an online platform. The company is looking for a CEO to manage the business.

 

Heading the senior management team, the CEO will be reporting directly to the company shareholders and will be responsible for the overall running of the company’s functions.

 

With a deep understanding of the business, the CEO will be responsible for increasing the value of the business, ultimately driving the business towards clear and effective decisions. This role calls for a smart individual who is assertive and highly organised.

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and prerequisites:

  • Minimum eight to ten years in a senior management position
  • Previous experience in large companies or organisations
  • Previous experience as a board member
  • Post graduate degree
  • Malta-based resident or availability to relocate to Malta
  • Excellent written and spoken English language.

Assistant Electrician – 13/05/2019

Our client, EPM Solutions is looking for individuals interested in joining their team as an Assistant Electrician.  

Main responsibilities include helping electricians in their daily work by performing duties related to installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Administrative Assistant – 14/03/2019

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. The chosen candidate will be responsible in assisting in various clerical and administrative duties and will be assigned various tasks from time to time as per our clients’ needs.

 

Some of the main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Handling phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail and emails
  • Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar
  • Managing bank payments and similar requests
  • Ordering merchandize and other supplies as required
  • Preparation of documents such as printing, scanning, filing
  • Data inputting and transcribing
  • Handling of hotel and travel arrangements
  • Coordinating translation requests
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Involvement in other related projects
  • Engage with potential customers

 

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, be organised and with good attention to detail, be able to communicate effectively with the clients and the team, be able to multi-task and have an excellent command of English language. Knowledge of other languages, specifically Italian will be considered as an asset.

Junior Auditor

Our partners A+A Assurance Services Ltd are looking for a Junior Auditor to join the team. The chosen candidate will be responsible in assisting of the preparation of financial statements and other audit and assurance engagements. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work on own initiative, be a team player, IT oriented, must be highly organised and with good attention to detail, good communication skills and able to identify and report any matters arising from the audit assessments.
