Our Company provides a processing service. The Company shall process the personal data submitted through an online application by the visitor. After the submission of the information requested by our website such information shall be analysed and vetted. The price for twenty five euro (€25) service charge for the processing of such data and information shall be paid by the visitor upon submission of such application. The service charge is being paid by the visitor to Accounting Services Ltd, a partner company in the same group registered under the Laws of Malta with registration number C60989.

The visitor accepts that any issues relating to the submission of the online application shall be communicated via electronic mail (e-mail) and all valid online applications will be processed. Upon the submission of the online application, the visitor will receive an automated reply within twenty four hours (24hrs) confirming that the online application has been successfully submitted.

Reviewing of the online application before the visitor effect the payment through the website will be permissible and therefore the visitor will have the opportunity to assess the online application. In the case whereby the visitor notices a mistake after the submission of the online application and payment, please contact us immediately on info@admingenie.com.mt.

In the event that the visitor submits the personal data and then decides not to proceed with the payment, the data will not be processed however it is advisable that the visitor is to inform the website owner an e-mail on info@admingenie.com.mt with subject: CANCEL ORDER or reply on the automatic email received after submission of data.

Our website and company is not a recruitment agency so we do not guarantee any influence on the outcome of your application and hence should not be held liable in the case of unsuccessful applications. However, the company will do its best endeavours to connect the visitor with the right recruitment agency (either within the group of companies or externally) or even potentially place you in employment with a private company. Any further terms and conditions applied by third parties may apply.

Payment Terms

All Payments executed on this website will be subject to payment processing by licensed and regulated payment processing companies pursuant to execution agreements undertaken with them by our affiliate Accounting Services Limited, a company registered in Malta (company number C 60989) with registered office address at Abacus Business Centre, Level 1, Dun Karm Street, B’Kara Bypass, Birkirkara. Accounting Services Limited does not process any payments itself and is not regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Your credit card statement will read:

The use of the logo and website design without the explicit consent of the Company is illegal and will be subject to legal proceedings in case of such breach. The logo and the website are the exclusively owned by Admin Genie Ltd.
