Work Placements Coordinator

Admin Genie Ltd is looking for a Work Placements Coordinator who is motivated, outgoing, flexible, and capable to work on own initiative. The chosen candidate will be responsible to locate companies in Malta from various industries who are in need of workforce and willing to employ foreign workers, specifically non-EU. The candidates available for such placements include mainly, but are not limited to, the following career paths and jobs: accountants, electrical engineers, and construction and skilled labourers. The right candidate will also be responsible in screening CVs and matching them with the right job vacancies, ultimately proposing the candidates to these local companies who are looking for employees. As prerequisites, the ideal candidate must have a flair for dealing with clients and business contacts and also hold previous work experience in an office environment in a sales-oriented position. Excellent knowledge of spoken Maltese language and excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language are a must. The right remuneration package and sales incentives will be given to the chosen candidate.

Our partners Accounting Services Ltd are looking for a qualified Accountant to join the team in order to take care of a portfolio of clients that will be assigned to the chosen applicant. The right candidate must be deadline oriented, pays attention to detail, with strong administrative and communication skills and be able to work on own initiative. Must be pro-active, ready to work at client’s premises if needed and be Sage and IT oriented. A qualification as Accountant (ACCA or equivalent) is a must. Preference will be given to candidates with two – three years’ experience in the field. Must have a clean police conduct and possess driving licence.
