Customer Care Agent

One of our clients Bilpix, a new company engaged in advertising activities within the European market and operating from offices in SmartCity, is looking for a Customer Care Agent for immediate employment.


The ideal candidate should be dynamic and pro-active with excellent problem solving skills and ideally holding experience in customer care relations although in-house training will be given to the chosen candidate. One must also have knowledge of both English and Italian languages, whilst knowledge of a third language will be considered as an asset.

Work Placements Agent

Admin Genie Ltd is looking for a Work Placements Agent who is motivated, flexible, and capable to work on own initiative. The chosen candidate will be responsible to locate companies in Malta from various industries who are in need of workforce and willing to employ foreign workers, specifically non-EU.


The candidates available for such placements include mainly, but are not limited to, the following career paths and jobs: accountants, electrical engineers, and construction and skilled labourers. The right candidate will also be responsible in screening CVs and matching them with the right job vacancies, ultimately proposing the candidates to these local companies who are looking for employees.

Our partners Accounting Services Ltd is looking for a Receptionist to join the team. The main role will be that of dealing with all aspects of reception duties for the group of companies.


The main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and routing calls, assisting clients with queries, taking clear messages
  • Greeting and accommodating clients at the office
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, faxes
  • Ensuring offices are kept tidy and up to standard
  • Ordering office supplies as required
  • Preparation of documents such as printing, scanning, filing
  • Data inputting and transcribing
  • Assisting with bookings and travel arrangements as required
  • Coordinating misc jobs such as translation requests
  • Providing executive assistance to the Director
  • Maintaining internal databases and documentation
  • General HR related tasks such as ETC forms, updating out of office calendar
  • Assisting the team with administration tasks as required
  • Involvement in other related projects.


The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, be organised and with good attention to detail, be able to communicate effectively with the clients and the teams, be able to multi-task and have an excellent command of English language. Knowledge of Italian language will be considered as an asset.

Junior Auditor

Our partners A+A Assurance Services Ltd are looking for a Junior Auditor to join the team.


The chosen candidate will be responsible in assisting of the preparation of financial statements and other audit and assurance engagements. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work on own initiative, be a team player, IT oriented, must be highly organised and with good attention to detail, good communication skills and able to identify and report any matters arising from the audit assessments.

Senior Auditor

Our partners A+A Assurance Services Ltd a Senior Auditor to join the team.


The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all audits are carried out according to the deadline and preparing tax computation and the return of audit clients. The role entails knowledge of IFRSs, GAPSME and ISA’s and being in contact with clients in order to gather information and documentation needed for the audit to be carried out successfully. The appropriate candidate should also possess knowledge of the Companies Act and the Income Tax Act.



  • Undertakes audits and ensures the full audit process is followed and completed before signing off and returning to the client to sign off.
  • Provides audit and tax advice as required by the client.
  • Ensures all audits undertaken follow the audit plan and budget provided.
  • Assists and supports more junior auditors within the firm as when required, or at specific deadlines within the financial year.
  • Works autonomously ensuring completion of the audit plan on deadline and on budget and communicate to the client on the progress of the audit.



  • Internationally recognised profession accounting qualification: University degree or ACCA or ACA.
  • Experience in audit related role with an audit firm.
  • Specialist knowledge of IFRS & GAPSME is essential.



  • Strong communication skills in English language, both written and spoken are required.
  • Knowledge and competence in Italian language would be considered as an asset.

Our partners Accounting Services Ltd are looking for a qualified Accountant to join the team.


They are looking for a qualified accountant to take care of a portfolio of clients that will be assigned to the chosen applicant.


The right candidate must be deadline oriented, pays attention to detail, with strong administrative and communication skills and be able to work on own initiative. Must be pro-active, ready to work at client’s premises if needed and be Sage and IT oriented. A qualification as Accountant (ACCA or equivalent) is a must. Preference will be given to candidates with two – three years’ experience in the field. Must have a clean police conduct and possess driving licence. This is a full-time position.
